Anne is a retired former manager in the Communications Department at Northern Health; she lives in Prince George with her husband Andrew. Her health goals include improving her flexibility/mobility, aging well, and competing as a master’s sprinter. Anne loves running, weightlifting, cross-country skiing, reading, writing, and spending time with family -- sometimes all on the same day!
