From Monday, September 18 until Friday, September 29, a project display - with renderings and posters of various floor plans in the new hospital – will be in the Skeena Mall in Terrace, near the entrance closest to Save-on-Foods.

A new hospital
Construction of the new Mills Memorial Hospital started in June 2021. More than double the size of the existing facility (approximately 356,500 square feet), the new hospital will be a centre for trauma services, orthopedic surgeries, pathology, radiology, and pharmacy services. Similar to now, the hospital will also be a training site for medical students in the Northern Medical Program.
