Indigenous health

Northern Health (NH) and First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) have extended the 2020/2021 call for Wellness Grant applications for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, organizations, and health centers to January 19, 2021. These grants, a partnership by the two health authorities to support communities working together to improve health and well-being in Northern BC, are offering up to a maximum of $5,000. Projects must support community-based initiatives that focus on holistic health and wellness and one of the following priorities:
