COVID-19 has created many challenges for Northern communities and community service organizations: the pandemic has changed how you deliver services, communicate with members, and run programming. The Northern Resilient Communities Grants provide funding to community organizations, service agencies, Indigenous organizations, schools, municipalities, regional districts, and other partners with projects that support community resiliency.

The program aims to support groups and organizations who need help adapting, maintaining, or establishing practices in response to emerging community health and wellness needs. Grants are available for a maximum of $10,000. C

Since August 2020, the Northern Resilient Communities Grants program has received 116 applications and invested $282,103.13 into 69 projects in communities across the North.
