Teresa Bennett is the Communications Lead for Indigenous Health, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. A graduate of the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and the University of Newcastle, Teresa holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and marketing. Her academic background, combined with her dedication to Indigenous health, enables her to develop and implement internal and external communication tools and strategies to support Indigenous Health and Northern Health initiatives. Teresa thrives in the great outdoors and embraces the northern BC lifestyle. Whether she's hiking through the rugged landscapes, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the region, Teresa finds inspiration and balance in nature.
