Michelle McLaren, RN, BScN, is the Executive Lead for Critical Care, Emergency & Trauma Services. She is a seasoned clinical and operational leader with deep experience in emergency, critical care, and trauma services across Northern Health. Michelle’s work focuses on strengthening stabilizing ED operations, and supporting care teams through evidence‑informed planning and quality improvement. She is committed to collaborative, patient‑centred care and is honoured to live and work within the traditional territories of the Lheidli T’enneh.
