Courtenay is a Registered Dietitian at the University Hospital of Northern BC. She was born and raised in Prince George and completed her dietetic internship with Northern Health through the UBC Dietetics Program. Courtenay is passionate about food and nutrition, in particular, how our relationship with food affects all aspects of our lives.
