Woman smiling with long blonde hair

Stefanie (she/her), a registered social worker and end-of-life doula, balances dual roles as a Mental Health & Substance Use Clinician at Northern Health with her private counselling practice. Based on the ancestral and unceded territories of Tsimshian Peoples, colonially known as Prince Rupert, she extends her gratitude for their custodianship and care of these lands and its inhabitants. As a Métis woman and settler, Stefanie is most drawn to mindfulness, body, and land-based healings that foster balance and connectedness. Her self-care looks like contributing to community as a volunteer board director for her local Métis society, wild swimming, exploring trails, and gathering over good coffee.
