Kolawole serves as Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) at Northern Health, where he leads transformative strategies to embed equity, compassion, and cultural humility into healthcare delivery across northern British Columbia. Drawing on his West African heritage and extensive experience in policy and strategy development, he has partnered with governments and multilateral organizations to advance inclusive practices that shape resilient, patient-centered health systems.
