Kiara (she/her) is the Excluded Manager with NW Specialized Community Mental Health and Substance Use Services. She is passionate about person-centered care, harm reduction, and centering respect and dignity in health service development and delivery. She is energized by leadership practices that foster team cohesion and cultures of “collective care.”
Outside of work, Kiara enjoys taking in all the outdoor recreational opportunities the North has to offer – living, working, and playing with humility on Tsimshian territory in Terrace, BC.
