Carmen grew up in Fort St. John and, after a few years in Vancouver, ended up right back where she started. She now enjoys working at the Diabetes Center at the Fort St. John Hospital as a Certified Diabetes Educator. She loves helping people figure out lifestyle choices in a way that actually works for real life, not just textbooks. When off the clock, you’ll probably find her planning her next trip, hiking, or idling away in her garden.
