Northern Health is pleased to announce that Terrace’s New Year’s Baby has arrived, and it’s a girl!
Born at Mills Memorial Hospital at 2:33 p.m. January 1st, to Claire and Shane Wiebe of Terrace, the baby girl weighed in at eight pounds, 12 ounces. She is welcomed to the world by her big sister Ava.
The first baby born in British Columbia in 2019 was delivered at Fraser Health’s Royal Columbian Hospital, at 12:01 a.m. January 1st.
