First baby of 2019 born in Fort St. John

Northern Health is pleased to announce that Fort St. John Hospital has had its first birth of 2019, and it’s a girl!

Piper Hope McLain was born January 3rd, at 2:35 a.m., to parents Medeline and Cory McLain of Fort St. John. She weighed in at seven pounds, 10 ounces, and is welcomed to the world by four big brothers and sisters.
