Northern Health is pleased to announce that the first baby born in Prince Rupert in 2017 is a boy!
Baby Dallin was born at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital on January 1 at 11:06 a.m. local time, to mom Shayne Ward and dad Tyler Morrison of Prince Rupert - weighing in at seven pounds, 11 ounces (3500 grams).
Dallin is also welcomed by big sister Aaliyah.
The first baby born in the Northern Health region was delivered at the University Hospital of Northern B.C. in Prince George, at 1:55 a.m. January 1, 2017.
The first baby born in British Columbia was delivered at BC Women’s Hospital at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2017.
